Oriental Hotels & Resorts will host its first-ever summer limited event, the “Sinfully Delicious Meat Fair,” from May 9 (Sat) to August 31 (Mon), 2026.

 

This fair is an experiential buffet based on the concept “Eat more freely,” designed to match each guest’s preferences and mood of the day.
Meat × Oil × Cheese × Garlic. Rather than logic, follow your instincts and choose what tastes best to you. We propose a dining experience that values personal satisfaction over uniform flavors.

Meat dishes can be customized with “extra cheese,” “extra garlic butter,” and “extra garlic” to freely adjust intensity. Desserts include freshly shaved ice prepared in front of you with a wide variety of toppings, allowing for either rich or refreshing combinations depending on your choice. Portion size and flavor strength can be enjoyed freely according to your mood.

Thanks to the buffet format, even rich dishes can be sampled in small portions. While enjoying layers of ingredients and aromas, guests can discover their own “sinful balance.”

Signature dishes include:
“Chicken cutlet drowned in tartar and cheese, finished with brown butter”
“Roast beef slices topped with falling cheese and forbidden truffle mayo”

Perfect for meals with friends or family, or as a reward lunch or dinner when you want to indulge.

SINFULLY

At the venue, the character SINFULLY—who embodies the world of “sinful meat”—will appear.
The name comes from “sinfully delicious.” Bright and friendly, yet a master of temptation who stirs your heart.
“Calories are units of happiness.”
“Why not? Let’s go with meat today.”
“No need to hold back. Meat isn’t going anywhere.”
With these words, the character gently releases guests from restraint and guides them into the joy of indulgence. Never making anyone unhappy, but encouraging honesty toward deliciousness.
The presence of this photogenic character enhances the immersive experience and spreads the fair’s world throughout the venue.

Blissful fruit punch to reset with sweetness

An experiential dessert corner will also appear, designed to reset the rich aftertaste of meat, cheese, and garlic.

“Sin-cooling sensual shaved ice” is freshly shaved in front of guests and served as-is. Fine ice is layered freely with syrups and toppings of your choice, allowing for your own custom creation.
“Blissful fruit punch to reset with sweetness” features fresh fruit and gentle sweetness. Add toppings as you like to refreshingly finish the sinful feast.
Five syrups are available: refreshing strawberry and blue lime, fragrant Hyuganatsu citrus, plus rich “premium brown sugar syrup” and “premium matcha.”
Toppings include condensed milk, sweet red bean paste, mango & nata de coco, melon & chia seeds, fruit cocktail, cherries, whipped cream, and more.
Depending on the combination, each serving transforms from rich to refreshing.

Free-flow and Mega Mug Drink Information
At this event, guests can enjoy beer, highballs, and original cocktails tailored to their taste, paired with the sinful meat menu.
Additionally, at select locations, a special “Sinful Ultra Mega Mug,” weighing up to 2.3 kg when filled with beer, will also be available.
