What is Club Oriental?
Club Oriental is the membership program that you can enjoy various benefits at 14 Oriental Hotels & Resorts hotels.
What is the difference between Club Oriental and the ORIENTAL HOTEL HIROSHIMA?
ORIENTAL HOTEL HIROSHIMA had its own membership program with the same name, however, it is different.
Club Oriental at ORIENTAL HOTEL HIROSIMA ended in February 2022. We appreciate your patronage and support to the program for long time.

What is the difference between Club Oriental and the ORIENTAL HOTEL TOKYO BAY?
"Oriental Members" was a membership program only available for ORIENTAL HOTEL TOKYO BAY, and the service ended on Saturday, December 31, 2022.

Is there an admission fee or annual fee?
There is no admission fee or annual fee.
Is there an actual membership card?
Only electronic membership card is available.
Please check the following instructions and present your electronic membership card or My Account screen when using the discount privileges at the restaurants in the hotel.
1) How to obtain an electronic membership card through Apple Wallet / Google Pay
Displayed on this page (https://www.oriental-hotels.com/club-oriental/)Click on the bottom balloon "Click here, to issue CLUB ORIENTAL Membership Card" and select "Create New Card" from the menu that appears to obtain your electronic membership card.
When registering for membership, if you registered via LINE Login, you are required to set your password. You will need a device that is compatible with Apple Wallet and Google Pay.
To select language for chat, tap the menu in the lower left corner and choose from the language menu.

2) How to display your membership number from the My Account screen

3) How to display your membership card from the official LINE account
When you "Register" or "Login" from the "Sign UP" chat screen of the Oriental Hotels & Resorts LINE official account, the "Membership Card" link will be displayed.
From the next time onwards, tap the "Membership ID" link on the talk screen to display your membership ID and QR code. Click here for the official Oriental Hotels & Resorts LINE account.
Can I still become a member if I don't have an email address?
We are sorry, but registering your e-mail address is mandatory.<br>You can register with free mail address such as Gmail and Yahoo! Mail.
Is there an expiration date for membership?
There is no expiration date. You can enjoy your membership previlege with no annual fee and no expiration date.
You can reset your password from "Forgot my password" on the login screen.
I have previously registered as a web member. Do I need to rejoin Club Oriental?
If you have previously registered as a web member, your membership has been automatically transferred to Club Oriental and no further action is required.
I registered for a friend of Oriental Hotels & Resorts on LINE. Is it different from Club Oriental?
LINE friends and Club Oriental members are different. If you become a friend of our LINE account and log in to Club Oriental from the bottom of the Sign-Up page, you can access information that is only available to members.
My account has been locked. What should I do?
Your account will be temporarily locked if an incorrect password is entered six times during login.
The account will be unlocked after one hour. Then please reset your password from the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen.
I want to set up a member login at a hotel I regularly stay. Is there a direct link?
We will regularly send members exclusive offers, so we highly recommend that you keep on receiving them.
If you still wish to unscribe, please log in as a member and go to Edit Personal Information in My Account and uncheck the "Receive promotional emails from our properties" checkbox.
I would like to change my email address.
You can change your e-mail address from "Change E-mail Address" in "My Account" (member page).
What are the membership benefits?
We offer attractive benefits including special accommodation plans and discounts exclusively for our members.
We will also send you information on promotions and other special offers by e-mail. (Only customers who have opted in to receive promotional e-mails will receive this service.)
Accommodations: 10% discount on flexible rate booked on the official website.
Restaurant: 5% discount for spending at participating restaurants. This offer is available for a limited time only.
Can I get a discount at the restaurant if I made a reservation through a gourmet website or others?
Reservations made through gourmet websites are not eligible. Reservations made through websites other than gourmet websites may also not be eligible for some restaurants.
I forgot to show my membership card or membership number when using the restaurant. Can I get a discount later?
We are sorry, but the retrospective discount cannot be applied. Please make sure to present your membership card or membership number (My Account on the Membership page) at the time of use."
The benefit says "10% off flexible rate", but what is "flexible rate"?
"Flexible Rates" are room rates that vary depending on the dates of your reservation and your stay. You can change or cancel your dates up to several days before your trip. Flexible rates allow you the flexibility to make changes to your travel plans at short notice.
The following are not eligible for flexible rates
* Rates that are not publicly advertised, such as corporate contracts
* Rates targeted at specific membership organizations
* Package rates that include use of facilities, transportation, meals, etc. in addition to accommodations
* Rates that cannot be booked on the website.
* Rates with conditions attached to the reservation, such as length of stay, early booking, minimum number of nights, no advance payment, no refund, etc.
* Rates that are not directly negotiated by the hotel (e.g., rates offered by travel agencies ( organized tours, etc.) or online auctions, etc.).
* Rates that are subject to fluctuations due to exchange rates.
I want to change my registered information.
You can edit the information on My Account page (Member's page).
Can I change my registered information by phone?
We are sorry, but we won't be able to change your registered information over the phone. Please go to My Account (member page) to make changes.
What will my information be used for?
Registered information will be used to verify customer information at the time of reservation, etc. In addition, customers who have opted in to receive promotional e-mails will receive special offers by e-mail to their registered address.
Can I combine multiple discount offers?
>Basically, the discount cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.
However, there are some exceptions, such as individual hotel campaigns and GoTo Travel, which can be used in conjunction with other discounts.
Please refer to the offer details or contact each hotel for details on whether or not the discount can be used in combination with other discounts.

How can I cancel my membership?
If you wish to cancel your membership, please click the "Cancel Membership" button at the bottom of the "My Account" page.
Please note that if you cancel your membership, all exclusive privileges will become invalid and you will no longer receive special offers such as members-only accommodation plans. Please note that reservation information will no longer be displayed.
