The 1st floor restaurant and bar "New York Cafe" will be offering the "New Year's Lunch & Dinner Buffet 2025" for three days only from January 1st (New Year's Day) to January 3rd (Friday), 2025, featuring a festive selection of dishes fitting for the new year.
We have prepared dishes suitable for celebrating the New Year, such as an assortment of New Year's dishes and Japanese appetizers filled with the joy of the New Year, as well as grilled crab and sushi platters.The Western menu includes an assortment of Spanish raw ham and cold meat, oven-baked red fish with pesto sauce, pork fricassee with root vegetables, and young chicken pot-au-feu with aromatic vegetables.
The signature dinner menu item is "Grilled Japanese Beef with Rock Salt," which is grilled over a burner just before serving to suit your taste. This simple cooking method brings out the meat's natural juiciness without compromising it, creating a savory aroma that will whet your appetite. For children, there are fried shrimp, an original stewed hamburger steak finished with a special demi-glace sauce, and the Oriental Hotel's traditional "Kobe High Curry," making for a full lineup that can be enjoyed by three generations of the family.
