These Okinawa-themed cocktails include the Yambaru Tea Tail, which is based on rich, fragrant black tea harvested in the fall and combined with floral-scented honey from Aji Island in the northern part of Okinawa Prefecture and elderflower liqueur; and the Cascara Tea Tail, which is based on cascara tea made from the skin and pulp of coffee cherries and is carefully crafted with an abundance of Yambaru herbs and spices.
