[Oriental Hotel Fukuoka Hakata Station]"LINK SQUARE LUNCH BUFFET" will be offering new dishes from November 2024, including rock salt-grilled Kuroge Wagyu beef and blue guignon-style abalone

 "LINK SQUARE LUNCH BUFFET" held at Restaurant LINK SQUARE will be revamping its menu from Friday, November, 2024. This semi-buffet-style lunch will allow you to choose one of three main dishes. The chefs are confident in the preparation of all three main dishes: "Kyushu Kuroge Wagyu Rock Salt Grilled," in which high-quality Kyushu Kuroge Wagyu beef is grilled over an open flame in front of you using Himalayan rock salt, which is rich in minerals; "Abalone Blue Guignon Pie," in which a whole abalone, a luxury ingredient, is baked in pie crust with parsley-flavored blue guignon butter and mushrooms; and "Western-style Teriyaki Winter Yellowtail," in which fatty winter yellowtail is prepared in a Western style with a red wine and fond de veau-based sauce.

The buffet corner also offers around 30 different dishes, including "Beef stew and winter vegetables" made with seasonal ingredients, "Oil sardines and Kitaakari potato dip", "Spanish omelet", and other dishes, as well as daily sweets made by our pastry chef. Please enjoy a slightly luxurious lunchtime.
