Tokyo is
a dynamically modern metropolis, which has nearly 12 million people. Exciting,
Stimulating and safe, Tokyo offers a treasure trove of ever -unfolding
surprise and discoveries that beguile the resident and visitor alike.
Covering more than 800 square miles (2000 square kilometers), it is an
enormous, fascinating entity unto itself.
Fast-paced, energetic and busy, the city rarely seems to rest, and this
is especially true of Tokyo's many centers. Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ikebukuro
and Ueno; Nihombashi, Shimbashi and the famed Ginza, each center has its
own special flavor and its enthusiastic adherents. Exclusive boutiques,
enormous department stores and innumerable specialty shops entice the
browser and window shoppers as much as the serious buyer.

From traditional Buddhist temples and Shinto shrines to high-tech and
Tokyo Tower. Tokyo is an unforgettable experience to savor and enjoy the
year round.
The new JR Narita Express, N'EX, takes you easily and quickly from the airport terminal
building to Tokyo Station, Shinagawa Station, Shinjuku Station, Ikebukuro
Station or Yokohama Station. A more economical way for those who have
no JR pass is take the Keisei Skyliner or the Keisei Limited Express train
to the Ueno Station. Limousine buses leave regularly for Tokyo City Air
Terminal (TCAT), Yokohama City Air Terminal (YCAT), Tokyo Station, Shinjuku
Station and major hotels. There is also usually a line of taxis but the
fare to downtown Tokyo is about 20,000 Yen. (Allow about 1 hour and 30
minutes).
